Learn how
to use your unique qualities to make interesting, engaging, memorable
presentations; whatever the occasion; whatever the
audience.
Avoid sleepless nights. Relax because you're prepared, equipped
and confident.
You'll learn how to use a toolbox of skills and awareness that
enhance your current strengths and how pre-talk nerves can actually
help you to give better presentations, time after time, to any audience,
with confidence.
The skills and awareness you learn aren't just restricted to giving
talks and presentations. They can be applied to communication and
relationships across all areas of life: inside and outside of work.

You'll learn HOW to:
Give powerful talks that really engage & communicate
with your audience
Be confident in yourself & your delivery, whatever
the situation
Maximise the potential of your presentation
environment
Hold your audience's attention
Produce the RIGHT talk for each audience
We teach from experience, using common sense and
accessible solutions that make an immediate difference to your
effectiveness at speaking and presenting.
We'll also show you how to make your
presentation so flexible that your audience dictates the content
and you respond instantly with what they need to hear.
This VERY powerful technique provides
A real advantage for delivering key information in time
restricted situations
A unique approach to customer focussed selling
Opportunity to share diverse information with a wide range
of audiences
When it comes to "How we do it", our style is
Relaxed and varied; professional with a liberal sprinkling
of fun
We include a range activities but we never, ever, make you
look or feel stupid
We culture and relish an attitude of learning
together
We always learn something from those who attend our
courses
We believe in and operate by courtesy, manners,
integrity and professionalism
We may use group work; we may use activities and
workshops (though we don't have people bouncing off the
walls); we may use a little drumming to reinforce learning!
BUT we understand that individuals are most effective when
they use their personal skills and qualities, so we tailor
each training event to the needs of that specific audience.
That's why we talk to you. We find out what you want. We
work with you. We remain focussed on the fact that our input
is all about helping you to succeed.
And after we finish we provide you with free follow-up e-mail support for 6 months,
so that course delegates can contact us with questions which
we will do our best to answer.

Our training is well-suited to those who have little or no
previous presentation experience and those with very low levels of
confidence. Individuals who already have some presentation
experience but want to sharpen and hone their abilities will also
benefit.
Training content is structured with a sharp focus on using and
improving the skills and qualities we already possess, supplementing
these with a toolbox of helpful practical and common-sense hints and
tips. The following are covered in detail
Using our personal qualities
Communicating our knowledge effectively
Factors affecting delivery of our
presentation (us, environment, audience etc)
Delivering large or complex presentations
to diverse audiences
... and more.

Each training event is designed to meet your specific needs.
This is not an optional extra at additional cost; it is our
standard.
We don't currently run public courses
as we prefer to focus on individual client needs. All training
is conducted at a venue of your choice.
Training usually lasts for one day
but can be tailored to suit the requirements of individual
clients. Workshops consolidate learning and give attendees
chance to rehearse and try-out and start refining their newly
learned skills.
We restrict group size to a maximum of 10 individuals,
preferring to work with between 6 and 8 participants so that
everyone gets maximum benefit from our training.

'Stuart is a rare individual. His ability to create sense from chaos, to distil clarity of thinking from murky waters and to impart technical knowledge in a way that makes it all seem simple, is a unique gift. His dry humour and ability to view things from a different angle, was of huge value and support to me in my role. Always challenging and thorough in his dissection, Stuart was great to work with and made meetings interesting! Put simply, he is a man many could learn from, pragmatic, human, reflective and passionate about the positive impact of what he does.'
